AamoAI™ is the Nutrition Operating System for modern dieticians and wellness teams. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you interact with our website, request early access, or contact us — and how we protect it.

Data we collect
- Information you give us: name, work email, phone, company, role, country, and any free-text context you add to an early access or contact request.
- Information collected automatically: basic device and request data (browser, approximate region, pages viewed) needed for security and to keep the site functional.
- Optional cookies: analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them. See Cookies.
How we use it
We use the data you submit solely to respond to your request, qualify the conversation, and follow up with relevant context. Lawful basis:
- Consent — when you submit the early access or contact form.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to your enquiry and operate the site securely.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertising networks, or add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Retention
Early access enquiries and related correspondence are retained for up to 12 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted or anonymised — earlier on request. Aggregated, non-personal analytics may be kept longer.
Your rights
As a data principal under DPDP, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure of your data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
- Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India if you believe your rights have been infringed.

International transfers
Our infrastructure may process data outside your country. When this happens, we apply appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EU/EEA and UK, and equivalent contractual protections for data moving to or from India and other regions.
